The ARIA estate is an intimate, closed estate of terraced houses located in Dawidy Bankowy, at the corner of Kwiatów Polnych and Starzyńskiego streets. It is the seventh estate developed by the developer.
The segments will have a surface area of 125 m2 to 130 m2, including a kitchen, a usable living room, three bedrooms and an open space in the attic allowing for a bathroom, a playroom, a study and a mini gym.
In addition, each house will be sold with a private garden ranging from approx. 62 m2 to as much as 219 m2 and two parking spaces.
An internal green zone of approx. 913 m2 is also planned within the estate for the exclusive use of the estate’s residents.
In total, the estate will consist of 30 segments built in two stages.
The planned completion of stage 1 of the project is the 4th quarter of 2023.
Location
The project is located in the close vicinity of Warsaw. This place allows you to enjoy the benefits of suburban quiet while maintaining the advantages of proximity to the city infrastructure. At a distance of approx. 2 km from the estate one can find the picturesque Zgorzała Lake, a football pitch, and at a distance of less than 1 km – horse riding clubs and a swimming pool.
It takes less than 15 minutes to get to Warsaw’s Galeria Mokotów shopping centre. We can also quickly get from here to the SKM train and trains to further districts of Warsaw. Also close by is the Kabaty Forest or, for those travelling by plane, access to the airport.
