The body of the building was designed based on three main principles: simplicity, functionality and stylish design. Ecology in The Project
The project was carried out in respect of the principles of sustainable development. The architects here applied the principle that comfort and quality of life are influenced by the availability of green spaces. They not only improve air quality, but also affect mood and encourage activity. Therefore, more than 50% of the green areas are biologically active.
The building will have a natural circulation of rainwater, which will not go into the municipal network, but will seep into the ground, ensuring adequate irrigation of vegetation. A retention tank will be used to collect any excess rainwater. Anti-smog carbon filters have been installed throughout the project, which will provide effective protection (up to 98%) against PM10 particles. Attention to the ecological dimension of the apartments is also emphasized by the fact that the building is equipped with photovoltaic cells. This will allow, together with energy-efficient led lighting, to reduce the cost of electricity for common areas. In addition, and also importantly, the building’s underground garage is equipped with two electric car charging stations, with the possibility of installing more stations in the future.
