Houses designed according to an original project. They are built in a few versions:
1. A detached house with five or six rooms and a garage for two cars. On the ground floor, a living room with a dining room and a kitchen separate or open to the living room, as well as a bathroom and a technical room that separates the house from the garage.
2. two-bedroom house (semi-detached) where each part is five rooms with a winter garden on the ground floor and upstairs bedrooms and a large terrace.
3. a two-bedroom house (semi-detached) with five or four rooms with a winter garden.
Each house has a designed garage or two garages – depending on the needs of the future owners.
The houses have underfloor heating, gas cooker heating, and if you prefer a heat pump – we can also interchangeably install one.

The windows in the rooms are large, triple-glazed, with the possibility of installing sliding windows which can be an interesting option for the living room if you want to have a panoramic window in the living room connecting the rooms with the terrace and the garden. The house is built of porotherm, it has an unused attic where you can save a lot of space for an additional room.
Available utilities are electricity, city water, gas, sewerage.
The neighbourhood is green, the school is not far away (1.7km), kindergarten, shops, city bus stop 737 (bus goes to Metro Stokłosy), L5. It should be added here that since they opened a new route S7 you can get to Warsaw without standing in traffic on Pulawska street. We have a direct access to the route, but the route is far enough away that you cannot hear or see it from home. What you can see is the forest.
There is a horse stud, a fitness club and a swimming pool nearby.
It’s definitely a green neighbourhood, along the lines of nearby Magdalenka. The buffer zone of the Warsaw Protected Area, the surrounding woods, with Simon’s Hills, well-known in the area as a place to relax, are plenty of places for walks or bike trips.
